- Complete Project Management and System Installation. A complete package to include initial project meetings and discussions, installation of equipment and site visits to bring it into service
- Pre-Installation Project Management. If you have the engineer, but need some expert project management and advice, Pulsecomm Solutions can help. Work will include initial site meeting, site visits, telephone calls and e-mails, and finally presenting the project and relevant information to the installation engineer
- Post-Installation Project Management. System already installed? We can attend the site to help the final system go live, discuss any snagging issues with your customer before bringing it all into service
- System Installation. We will discuss your customer’s individual requirements, liaise with the project manager and then complete equipment installation to the agreed specification. We can also visit the site to help the telecoms system go live
- Engineering Days. Our technical support covers anything from moves and changes to maintenance and investigation work. We offer complete telecoms engineering support for your reselling business
- Remote Support. We provide remote support to your customers via modem, vpn or web access
- Out-of-Hours Support. This can be provided either by remote access or site visit to carry out any work which cannot be completed during normal office hours.
- On-call Cover. We offer a minimum one week of out-of-hours cover via remote support.
